Well since they turned down a higher offer than the IPO price they were looking at, I woudl think the HLTH deal would be higher than even that. I would think it would be 2 HLTH to every WEBMD atleast. But I read it was going to be almost equal with both companies being 50% so not nowing how many shares webmd has...
