ATTENTION SHAREHOLDER!! The confusion lies mainly from what Mr Tilton and his attorney understood the information they received meant. I am looking at the fax which clearly states "STOCK SPLITS/DIVIDENDS GREATER THAN 25% and other DISTRIBUTIONS" Here is where the root of this confusion comes from. Mr Tilton explained to me that being the TNRG / TIPS dividend is 25% and not greater than 25% that they thought their first scenario was correct. Today NASD told them differently and that 25% is included in "Greater than 25%" thus 5/17 interview update. T A P has received 700K shares of TNRG and 1 mil shares of TIPS from the company for services provided for a period of 1 year.
