Thank you, Bruce, for such a warm welcome! It is definitely unexpected after so much aggression I have been reading.

Are there any questions I could answer for you now, before I log off for the night? If not, I will try to look further into to this tomorrow. I can say that adopting the plan, in my opinon, would not be a healthy move for ACTV.
