The only reason these analysts are downgrading is because the stock was going down and failing the major support points. They were all upgrading with glowing reports when it was at 200.

Typical reasoning: "Oh look, AMZN is at 200. Wow, that's pretty high. I think I'll put a Strong Buy on it. Wow, it's pretty strong"

or

"Man, AMZN is tanking. Down 40%...better downgrade it."

You'll go broke listening to these guys.
