Deny that -g-
Why should I deny that? Oh, you are joking. Sarcasm, like that PM you posted. I recognized it as sarcasm anyway. Look, if you are having trouble with the different types of humor, you might check out a thread here that is devoted to explaining it. I don't have the link, but maybe someone else does. Some great stuff there! You might find it helpful.
Now with that out of the way... I have to admit that there is a first possible connection of the dots. It's interesting. I wonder if any other licensed brokers show overlapping end and start dates? I can think of several reasonable explanations for keeping one listing active while starting another, but that's just speculation on my part. I can also imagine that there may have been a typo on the dates or some other kind of clerical error, and there is no actual overlap. I can imagine all kinds of reasonable explanations.
What I'm having trouble understanding is this: If there is an overlap (which, by the way amounts to a couple of weeks), which particular laws of the U.S. (maybe you are the wrong person to ask, living up there in the midnight garden capital of the world, as you do....so I'll throw it out to the readers out there) what laws of the U.S. have been or might have been violated? NASD Regulations, SEC Rules, etc., would be included, of course. Anyone have an answer to that?
I do, but who'd ever believe me!

GO PABN!!!
P.S. can we appoint you 'dot monitor' to keep track of all the dots as they are collected and connected? I mean, you are actually interested in this, right? |
