We seem to agree on MDS/WCS though not sure it was VoIP they tested. Please advise where Iowa project was and where one can get more information as to frequencies used, rural federal funding. Was this an unlicensed ISM or other frequency. Also you may want to check out www.wirelessweek.com 5/17 story entitled "LMDS Leftovers Lure Higher Value" too.
