Hi, Eric. I don't think the quarterly report contains anything that wasn't already well known. They always try to sound negative about income and then they surprise to the upside. They always surprise to the upside, every single time. The quarterly report was out for some time before the price dropped.

The drop was due to the Cowen report, (they'd always been a big supporter), combined with the crummy market. People took profits planning to buy back cheaper. Cowen's report drove the price down, allowing a cheaper buy back. My guess, for what it's worth, is that the stock will be past 50 within the next few weeks.

Pixar stock does alway react to analyst upgrades and downgrades. Wish it didn't, because those guys are pretty worthless, in my opinion.

Linda
