Ed:

Thye company needs money to finance operations, whatever they may be. This financing can be well spent, or wasted on enriching the management. Some of the funds needed to be raised regardless of the new management. So the first accomplishment has been to increase the share price, reducing the dilution for financing requirements.

While I cannot confirm it, I also suspect the new management has been a buyer in the market, possibly gaining control. If so their fortunes are tied to those of you and I. But we need to monitor the type of financing the company is pursuing, being guarded against any floorless or potentially dilutive issues. Also any new types of voting stock to entrench management would be a negative signal. But in the short term, so far so good. Certainly better off than we were a month ago. And it is encouraging the company has caught up with all its SEC filings. That puts them already a step ahead of many of their peers.

If anyone can uncover Bio's on the new management it would be helpful.

Thanks.
