Very easy to correct you - Data Race handles the majority of their manufacturing through contracting thus there's no reason to have a bunch of stuff on the shelves. All they have to do is to order the server, then the modem board parts in kit-up form and have those delivered straight to contract manufacturing (I ain't saying who) then when it all comes back to them they load in the software and run a burn-in test on it for a few days.

When we finally get to the point that we can order our stuff for this new network (if we can ever complete the changeover we've been working on since last year) (software problems in one of our main program suites and that company is giving us a fight) (or $3M for code we already paid for) I've been told by Data Race that there's normally only a two-week lead time.
