Double D, it's just amazing to me that we spend billions of dollars on huge government organizations like the CIA, NSA, and we can't find a ten man team to plant a bomb at Milosovic's headquarters. The brits have the mystery of M16 James Bond and all that, and they can't either. Instead we just drop bomb after bomb on civilians and children and hope beyond hope that he surrenders. (I guess) Isn't there one decent psychologist in all of NATO who can effectively analyze the behavior, (based on past actions and decisions) of Milosovic?? This bombing campaign defies logic. It's like having a neighbor who beats his kids and instead of removing the person doing the beating. You elect instead to beat each of the children one by one in hopes of changing his behavior.
