Yahoo, Tibco launch corporate client portal By Reuters Special to CNET News.com May 13, 1999, 8:10 a.m. PT Yahoo and Tibco Software said today that they reached an agreement to launch Corporate My Yahoo, a portal aimed at corporate clients. The companies said in a joint statement that they will present Yahoo Web solutions, integrating external and internal content for corporate clients and displaying Yahoo's Web directory and personalized services. The Tibco platform enables online business users to access corporate offerings, such as supply chain status, benefits summaries, accounts payable information, and employee directories. Corporate My Yahoo will offer personalized information such as industry-specific news, financial information, local weather reports, and sports.
