Hello Lisa, and all following this stock in this area.

I just got signed up for this area online and have read the articles. Im a CPA in connecicut and have looked into the IMALL consultants oppty as well as the information as posted around the WEB and on their site. I purchased some stock at 2.82 a share about a week ago and did so for the following reasons.

Everyone has been setting up web pages at a record pace. However , where do people find them?? Even when posted in a listing service
they may be item 5,999 out of 20,000 matches. So the IMALL provides a location based concept similar to why the WALL STREET papers can charge more than your local paper. Also,, it appeared that after the big sell off in the stock from 15 down to around 2 that if the company made money and grew youd get some bounce and werent paying the high point. Also the infomercials and the seminars i attended were impressive and resulted in sign ups for consultants,, Earnings per the company are due to be released in the next few weeks.

I think there is potential here , maybe for a limited time, but take a look at the virtual mall they have a preview of under about IMALL section (if you have netscape 3.0) .. If anyone gives this a go they will.

Only problem i see is a basic one. Some businesses need national exposure , most do not.. And people are reluctant , at least here in cT to plunk down their estimated web cost of 3,000 then 99 a month..
I have 800 clients in my base and id have a hard time selling that pricing structure...

But ,, i pose this question,, I hope some of you are still out there,, could it be that in the anarchy of the web where anyone can compete with you and copy you with minimal effort , noone will ever make any money??? in the long run... Say you sell the best TEDDY BEARS,, but now there are say 400 teddy bear stores on the IMALL at some future date,,, Just a thought,,,, traffic is great,, but traffic to a mall in reality means if you are say a SEARS that people come to you and a JC PENNEY neeeds to make a HUGE investment in property and store to compete. On the web ,. you get a great site, but there are no barriers to entry,, what do you all think???????

marty :)
