Bill - I'd much rather see buying than selling. I came across this intent to sell filing upon researching an earlier comment that the Chairman bought stock. Given the date of the filing its possible that the selling may have already occured. Before seeing the filing I was thinking of taking a position - now I will wait. I know very little about the company. Re. DSP - a big growth area. What role do you see for LOGC with giants like TXN in the same field? Gary
