phil: Those articles were about the past. Investment is about the future. The articles explain why COMPAQ was dumped on a knee-jerk reaction by fund managers concerned about their quarterly report card. Since the dumping more institutions than ever before have bought into COMPAQ - even though the percentage of stock owned by insititutions remains at 56% - leaving lots of room for upside.
