Who to believe? Can someone check with the court? Also--

isn't this near to the end statement, "the company is unaware of any basis on which it would have to pay any money to Dolgoff with respect to sales of the company's Digital Home Theater(TM)" a lot WEAKER than when they used to say, "absolutely no claim" or some such comments.

i.e., "unaware" is a way to protect themselves; but they used to be more adamant. Will someone please talk to them and clarify.
