Nevtah Announces Cybersensor.com Manufacturing Alliance with Stellar Satellite Communications

Business Editors & High Tech Writers

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 18, 1999--Nevtah
Capital Management Corp. ("Nevtah")(NASD OTC: NTAH) announces that
Cybersensor.com (Cybersensor) has formed a strategic joint development
alliance with Stellar Satellite Communications (Stellar).

Stellar will supply the subscriber communicators that will act
as both the field satellite link and the controller for the
Cybersensor system. The equipment being tested by Pamco will replace
the more expensive equipment currently being used for two way
communications. This subscriber communicator will link the field
operations via satellite and allow the Web Based Software (CyberVip)
to replace the need of additional software and other equipment
necessary with current two way communications systems. Stellar is
considering locating a North American plant to serve the anticipated
demands of Cybersensor. Cybersensor has placed an initial order for
over 1,000 units to be available next quarter. The ability to both
monitor and control economically with CyberVip software opens new
markets for many areas of the communications industry.

Petroleum Asset Management Company (Pamco) has just retained
Associated Facility and Manufacturing Engineers (afme) of Nashville,
Tenn. They will be responsible for developing and consulting on the
cost control and fast track manufacturing of the Pamco stripper well
systems. One of the partners was one of the first 13 engineers hired
by Nissan when they located their plan in Tennessee. He was also one
of the first to bring about the "Just in Time" and now "Lean
Manufacturing" concepts from Japan to many of the U.S. automotive
suppliers. Another partner was the former president of the Chrysler
Corporation. This firm will bring about the most efficient and rapid
production process that will be needed to support the Pamco
operations.

In order to meet our plans and anticipated growth, we have
incorporated the latest technology from Stellar and one of the highest
rated engineering firms in the industry. We will continue to search
out and employ only the best in their respective fields to lead us
into the 21st century technology we have developed in both Pamco and
Cybersensor.
