Well with these acquisitions, the company might have over $4mil in assets now. And the quantity and distribution of shares and shareholders must be enough to qualify. The problem now is reverse split took us to $2. The stock needed $4 for a month and now were are cut in half at $1 Or $0.25 and that hurts the pocket. Keep trying!!! And bring us news and revenues and the stock may poke its nose above $2 or maybe even $3.
