I'll repeat my answer with a shorter reply: All their deals have significant contingencies but the nora deal is probably unique in JNJ could take royalties in lieu of co-promotion seeing it is the only co-promotion deal Sepr has and Sepr needed their patents and data. Why not go to the annual meeting tomorrow morning and get the same answer from the horses mouth if you are so concerned?
