and then what are the chance of that English translating into the stock price ? If I remember correctly the only patent protection available for memantine are use patents since the matter patent has expired. So does this benefit NTII in any way ?? I dont know. anyways all I care is $$, aka stock price. I noticed the increased volume, liquidity, and decreased spread like Chris said we would. Thank god for that Nanocaps and Cohen. Hope this leads NTII to a higher playing field, so that on the next news we hit the grand slam. I'm hoping for a buyout anyways, since I dont know if any royalty payments and marketing agreements would translate into a sustained rally in the share prices as opposed to the 2 hour pops that we get every six months. good luck everyone.
