I have no specific information about financing plans, but observing the pattern of buying recently it is pretty clear that accumulation in large gulps has been underway. Who would be the buyer(s) if not the new management or affiliated persons? It appears that this accumulation is still underway. Why would the new people load themselves up with shares and then do a reverse split? Why not do it at 2 or 3 cents and damn the dilution.

If I am correct, the the new people look upon the current price level as quite cheap. Whatever options, shares or what not they are issuing to themselves is secondary, IMO, providing their efforts advance the company.
