OH; Can't answer for the other 2 but for myself.... I guess it's easier when you're sitting on both sides of the fence and perhaps I will regret not doing the same, but that remains to be seen.
For now, from my point of view, Maxam is trying to move into the neighbourhood and pick up on IPM's diligent and expensive work. Sure I know that Maxam is the same neighbour we previously had, before he put on a new face, and that he's the same guy we were partners with and now bought out. I also don't appreciate the fact that everyone likes to comment on the fact that Maxam is next to and abutting our southern border.....BUT how far is our southern border from the 6 km grids or the sweat pot?????? Do you really think IPM would be foolish enough to allow someone/anyone to slide right in next door and reap all the benefits of the last 2 years sweat and tears!!! I doubt it. Mr. Runyon may be very shrewed in his business afairs, and it's evident, but to think moving into the neighbourhood gives him the right to elevate himself/his property to that of IPM is being a bit speculative IMHO. :-)
Chuckie, when you look at that map on page 6 & 7, do you see any neighbours???? ;-) - Denis
