Autrex Inc / E-Net Canada TORONTO, April 22 /1999 - Autrex Inc. (''AUT.A'' and ''AUT.B'' on the Toronto Stock Exchange) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to amalgamate with e-Net (Canada) Financial Services Ltd. (''e-Net''). The shareholders of e-Netwill receive up to 14.3 million of the up to 15.1 million shares to be outstanding after amalgamation. Present Autrex shareholders will hold 500,000 shares of e-Net after consolidation of their present holdings. In addition, the minority shareholders of Autrex will receive a cash dividend equal to their pro-rata share of the fair market value of Autrex's net assets.
