Now Janice, time to come work on NCDR. On May 10 they announced their financials were ready and should be on file with the SEC by May 12th. Now yesterday they claim they have not had time to finish their filings. Last filing made was in 9/96. And check out NCDR's biggest fan, Arthur Procari .... a past of his own
