If you're a long term investor, you should not be worried. In the short term Intel will be in a trading range. Intel made a strategic error not recoginizing the impact of the low end PC and the internet. This resulted in the problems we see today. It seems there is a strategy now for addressing the low end pc, internet appliance, ...etc. If there is a company which can respond to market shifts quickly, it is Intel. There is the risk they won't market leaders driving the market, but rather followers reacting to the market. I don't believe this will be the case. In any case, it will take time before the situation improves.
