Peter,

My inference was that although they have orders for their technology, they don't have the cash to produce the pens to fill the orders. Undercapitalization is a fairly typical problem for a small company. There are ways to raise capital, however they are somewhat limited based on SCRH's past. Factoring is expensive and they just given creditors stock (read paper) for a little breathing room.

The issue is whether they can get past the critical point where revenues generate profit that can sustain growth. I'm sure if you had $250k to "lend" the company, you could pick up shares @ $.05 or so. That would help!
