Had the same problem Jack. MS Explorer crashed my system over and over. I had to uninstall it, reinstall Windows95 and then install Netscape. BTW, if anyone is having problems with Netscape Communicator, and your using Smartmarks, uninstall the smartmarks. That fixes the problems. Jean
