Ed: I would agree that this activity is positive for the company, but I am concerned that other shareholders may be diluted right out of the picture. If they issue that other 49m shares to themselves, I would expect a reverse, giving them virtual ownership of the company and leaving us small shareholders licking our wounds. I do agree that most of the remaining shareholders are in pretty cheap, perhaps around .07 as an average, since that seems to be where new selling emerges. Lee
