IPO Prices : Shares networking products provider, Redback Networks (RBAK), price at $23, well above the $18-$20 range. Morgan Stanley Dean Witter serving as lead underwriter of the 2.5 million share offering. Stock being pushed as a high-speed Internet access play. Not a good day for IPO's Nextera Enterprises (NXRA) 10 1/16 +1/16: Shares of information technology solutions provider struggling to move up from IPO price. The NXRA initial public offering priced last night at $10 per share, on the low end of the $10-$12 range. DLJ serving as lead underwriter of 11.5 mln share deal. Volume 7.4 mln; intraday range 9 13/16 to 10 1/4; opening price 10.
