After the USAI deal fell through Bob Davis was on CNBC and he mentioned small and medium acquisitions and that they will be in a much better position to be aggressive after they are allowed to use pooling of interest transactions. I just do not recall when that will be. Does anyone know? I thought it was sometime in the fall. Frank
