Josh, I've been giving this some thought and reread your message. I
bought share on 12-12-96. You didn't mention when you bought shares
of SEMX, so I'm unsure if this date in within the realm of damages.

My instinct is yes based on when the article was being researched and
when the insider trading took place.

I am also a registered rep. and would be happy to get the details on
the class action suit if possible. I invested in this as a personal
investment. A colleague of mine did as well. He is still in the
stock. I got out on 1-3-97 and took the loss.
