Why can't you just buy more shares next week? According to how I read the recent PR all you need to do is purchase more shares after the DOR: "Further, the only way that an individual can receive the TIPS Dividend shares by purchasing TNRG common stock in the public marketplace after May 17, 1999 is if another individual sells their TNRG shares." Doesn't this work? Please clarify if someone doesn't think this is right. (Are shares held by MM's not eligible for the dividend? If so, how do I know if shares I purchase next week are eligible for the TIPS dividend? i.e. purchased from an individual that held them on the DOR) ;>)
