Depending on how you use the term revenue, I may or may not disagree with that statement. They will be paid $2,000,000 or so for arranging the financing as a "fee". Now let's take away the cost of goods sold, which amounts to real estate lease, couple employees and some T&E and you have profit of what . . . say 1.9 million?
