Exactly right,

So we're on the same wavelength. I'm a big believer in looking at quality companies, picking the ones that represent opportunity, and holding them over a sufficient time period to realize large gains. In the stock picking universe, it's very difficult to select a six-bagger every time you buy, so you have to be content with steady growth over time.

With a stock like CSCO, the rich valuation is very useful in making acquisitions to keep a high growth rate intact. Additionally, CSCO has six hundred pound gorilla status in the industry. Company management has done a good job in managing analysts' expectations and maintaining the company's image, so what will they do to keep up the high internal growth to justify a mega-PE?

It's a good question, and you're right, it will be very interesting as to what will happen going forward.

Larry
