A more enlightening RB post... "vklepa's testimonial is hardly something you should be proud of! It underscores Swiftrade's complete lack of professionalism and dubious sales practices. Involving an inexperienced investor in a stock such as ZSUN is despicable! Do you suppose they explained the link that exists between Swiftrade and ZSUN? That a significant percentage of ZSUN's revenues stem from Swiftrade? ZSUN's reliance on two customers for almost 50% of revenues? That without the gains on the marketable securities the company would have posted a loss? That they are not making money from operations and the gains on the marketable securities are of a non-recurring nature? But then this is how this outfit operates. They target unsuspecting, inexperienced, and gullible foreign investors whose knowledge of the US securities markets, particularly the nuances of US microcap stocks and the intricacies of Regulation S, is rudimentary at best and non-existent at worst." This RB poster brings up some interesting points. The ZSUN long bought, admittedly, "without any research, relying on the broker's recommendation" This "recommendation" would be illegal in the US, as the security in question is a non-reporting OTCBB stock. They MUST push this garbage on foreigners, in order to stay away from the eyes of the SEC. Buyer Beware!
