More CC notes

TDFX mission is to dethrone ATI and be #1.

want ~25M shares outstanding going forward

STBI statements

GM on V3 > 30%
Dell & GW > 15% each of revenue
35% revenue to OEM, 58% channel, rest misc.
non-TDFX inventory ~$10M, expect mostly gone by end May
expect OEM revenue may be above expectation
expect better margins through rest of year

Questions

combined pro forma EPS still being worked (inline with guidance)
last week of May for first OEM announce, another the next week, some additional 2nd tier. more a couple of weeks after that.
expect consistent V2 sellthrough for remainder of year. No significant Banshee sales after this quarter.

apparently V3 launch was better than STBI expected
sellthrough is stronger than expected

other tdfx customers began transitioning away from tdfx immediately after merger announcement

didn't expect to spend as much cash as they did (some customers are a little slow in paying "ahem" :)

go forward cash neutral

future R&D in low teens (lower at start, ramp in middle of quarter, lower later in quarter)

combined cash >$100M

positive cash flow expected in q3 and q4
