INCA is one of the ECN's (Electronic something or other) on Level 2 which MM's can use to trade anonymously, instead of displaying their own firm's initials for the bid or ask.

This tells me someone is trying to get rid of a lot of stock without being recognized. But there were a lot of LARGE blocks buying that stock. Interesting play. Do you have any firm numbers on the float?
