ed a. IMO the focus on rev growth is currently the measuring stick for cos. in the computer sector because of the strong downward pressure on ASP's and margins. I agree with you that a company can grow earnings via "profit growth", but not in the kind of environment (real or perceived) that exists currently in this sector. I would be wary, however, of investing in a company with zero revenue growth, wouldn't you? JMO Aloha P.S. Thanks for all you past and continuing contributions to the wealth of information and good humor on this thread. I consider them invaluable, especially for us folks he cheat of the smart guys! <ggg>
