Colin -- Yeah, the SEC's policing philosophy seems to come from the same school of thought as 1970-80's South Africa & the LAPD. Unfortunately, DCI is playing the role of Rodney King. If I were a "well heeled" litigious sort, i would institute a civil suit against them for abuse of authority, dereliction of duty, favoritism, etc. One could readily conclude that they were played as patsies by parties with a specific agenda - with DCI as the pawns. Hey, Rodney King got a good settlement & apparently recovered sufficiently to become a major porn star ( oh, sorry that's Rodney Moore) ..............................V
