Cuban?

Urban legend or truth?

Heard the other day from a history student that the day before he imposed the embargo on Cuba, Kennedy told one of his staffers to go out and buy all the Cuban cigars he could find. Came back with over a thousand. The next day, bingo, no more Cuban imports. But Kennedy was all set up!

Don't know if it's true or not, but it makes a cute story!
