Steve, Sorry to hear you have been under the weather. The one thing I do like about this tender offer is that it is spotlighting the cellulars. I am into TRO and have been pleasantly surprised by today's action (up 3/8 which for a four dollar stock is nice). On another note, my friend who speaks to bankers in Brazil has said that the buzz in Sao Paulo is that if the FOMC does nothing, a decrease in Brazilian rates is a lock. If there is an increase, forget anything meaningful this week. So, I remain with ear glued to bloomberg radio. WJ
