For a fee, a Brazilian banker might do anything. Unfortunately the level of contact is trading floor/investment banker level, not government informant. So, I pass along what I hear, when I hear, for what its worth. Regardless of what happens at FOMC, the mood is still pretty upbeat in Sao Paulo.
