DMEC: Jeff... O/S 34.5 Float 11.5... two 144's were filed on March 16th for a total of 350,000 restricted and one 144 on May 11 for 36,000. Wow big spender! So the float may be just slightly higher. Allot of accumulation as of late. I just got in yesterday on the high-side @ .22 as well as my buddy this am at .23. At these prices...this is a steal. However...any significant buying will run this up in a hurry. MM's are providing a nice 1 penny spread on this one...no games. I like that. Rumored to hit .50 to a 1 dollar within a week or two.
