John I dont see any point in a formal TA analysis but if you want to run one do it. As far as Jack is concerned, he has wanted out for a long time and must be glad to be relieved. He has a serious heart condition and its better for him and for the shareholders that he is gone as CEO. He will not be serving as a Director either. When I last spoke with him about 2 weeks ago he had no late input on the rubber program. Ed
