On the phone with IR,
Here is what I asked followed by the answers?
Will the 10K +Q be filed tomorrow and will we have a release to that effect?
Yes they will be filed through Edgar On-line and the public should be able to view them near the end of the week at their(Edgar's) website. Not sure if the company will put out a release to that effect or not, tomorrow.
Is the advertising campaign on schedule with regard to the radio campaign?
Yes, it has been paid for and should begin airing near the end of the month.
Is the Life Trust Foundation deal entact, any details?
Yes, as you know they renegotiated the deal to $20/share. Everything is a go, the assets have been confirmed by Lloyds of London. The details will be available soon in upcoming releases.
The stock price is bleeding out here, when do you see a turnaround?
The company is concentrating on running a business, having their financial documents filed and moving forward on the initiatives set forth in previous releases. They understand their obligation to those investors that have have held their position in HITT throughout the recent weeks and feel that those "longs" will be quite satisfied with upcoming company PR's. As soon as the financials are settled the company will be considering legal action with regard to the events of the last week or so.
Do you see this as a buying opportunity?
Yes, we will probably not see these prices when the stream of positive news comes out on the company. Again, the financials are the top priority at the moment.

There ya go, decide for yourself. I am staying long. Please don't tell me what an idiot I am for listening to IR. I make my own decisions and I will own the outcome regardless. That is the nice thing about taking total responsibility for one's action which, I dare say , some of you are going to come to realize in the not-so-distant future.
