G'day all - FB, thx for the news. My guess is that traders are rather skeptical about the ERICY rumor, since the share price reflects only the BTY deal, in my estimation.

IMHO, the skepticism is a sensible one. NT is no small fish. To swallow it, it requires a serious deep pocket. But then, anything is possible. Who would have thought WCOM ended up owning MCIC?! But then, ERICY has not proved itself to be an aggressive acquirer. Why, it could ve picked up BAY on the cheap 18 months ago. Therefore, if it were true, ERICY would need to propose a hefty premium to convince people that it meant business. And the vicious circle continues - it will need to have serious deep pocket. The only credence to the story is that it is so profoundly improbable that there must be some truth to it <VBG>
