Bob, you said many important things, but I'm short on time and I'll respond only to one point. Also remember this is needed to be done as quickly as possible to fund the requirements of TSIG to generate the push to profitability everyone desires." So you are saying that the shares must be authorized and escrowed ASAP in order for the additional PP money to be released. But the company has mentioned July as a possible time for the shareholders' meeting. If they are in such a hurry, why wait for July? That's 2 months. The rumors are that the alternative financing is just around the corner. If the only choice I'm given at the shareholders meeting is to increase the authorized shares with no restrictions on the use of those shares, I will vote against it. I think you and I agree that increasing the authorized to satisfy the contractual demands of the PP should not be a device to give Gordon more shares to play with when dilution has run rampant.
