Couldnt get in, but if it only says what you printed thats ok. Neutral to a buy is better than a downgrade, but a strong buy or trading buy or a "really really good buy" would have been more positive. Without the report I assume the analyst just means NETA has stabilized for now. Thanks for the news though :^D
