So I paid 65 cents for a stock that may trade in the twenties or lower and I can only receive my dividend if I hold to the ex-dividend date. In other words I paid a premium price for this stock and have to hold until the ex-date to get my shares of TIPS. In which case TIPS could drop as well and I end up losing big.

The only advantage I have is that I am guaranteed my TIPS shares if TNRG decides to issue new common stock or Insiders decide to sell.
What pisses me off is I never invest my full amount capital in a stock until I see some stable price movement, however I did in this issue in order to get more dividends before the 17th. Well maybe I can squeeze some blood out of my turnip and buy more shares If this thing reaches the twenties.

More lessons learned the hard way.
