It seems the whisper is that SUNW will not meet the earnings expectations and the rumor has it that soon they will issue an earnings warning! Well I wounder why this is called a rumor and/or a whisper! It seems to me everyone has already assumed this and they have already taken the stock outside and have done an execution style shooting on it!! However the key here is 'assume'! I remember that episode of the odd couple where Felix says: "When you 'assume' something you make an 'ass' out of 'u' and 'me'!". It seems to me the worst is being assumed right now about SUNW and to me it seems a good time to buy again at around $28.5-$29. As much as I hate selling my IBM shares I am going to sell some of it to come up with the cash to buy more of SUNW. And even if more of such assumptions are made I dont care about what happens the next 3 months. The second half of '97 will be glorious as NCs start to shine, and how can something 'shine' if it is not from 'Sun'?!! Regards, - Addi Jamshidi
