You may believe, but you KNOW nothing. Lets see, what happens if the shares from the offering are not registered in 60 days of closing?: "Penalties of 2% of stated value of shares for 1st 30 days after non-filing. Increasing to 3% for each day thereafter, with a corresponding reduction of in price of initially 3%, decreasing by .1% for each additional day" Well those terms seem pretty damn egregious to me. Makes one wonder if there is a high probability of this offering NEVER getting registered. IF that were to happen, well the shares would multiply like amoebas. Geez, maybe the SEC doesn't like this kind of stuff, what do you think?
